If you have purchased a used textbook, then it is likely that you have an expired CD. Unfortunately, replacement CDs for used textbooks are not available. If you have purchased a NEW textbook and have an expired CD, contact the book publisher for a replacement CD (Please be sure to contact the book publisher as MediaSpark/GoVenture cannot provide you a free replacement CD).
